Park Home Life is a family-run business that has been
developing, managing and maintaining superior residential
parks for over 50 years now.
Our parks feature high quality homes in a tranquil setting with easy access to local amenities. And they’re very friendly places to live too! We are proud to offer a stress-free lifestyle for all our over 50s communities.
Park Home Life stakes its reputation on the quality of the homes in our parks, as well as their attractive setting and the wonderful community spirit of the parks themselves.
Experience shows that if an exclusively over 50s park lifestyle is right for someone, then our homes and parks sell themselves. Of course, we make sure that customers know all they need to about living in our parks: from the pitch fee and utilities through to the process of purchasing their home, but there is never any need for a sales pitch, so we don’t give one
We commit to using the best quality products throughout the development process – from infrastructure through to the paving and turves we lay. We then painstakingly maintain our parks so they are always beautiful places to live.
In terms of the actual homes, we have selected only the very best manufacturers to work with – giving residents a wide choice as well as an assurance of quality.
We advise new residents on the most suitable homes for their desired plot and work together with them and the manufacturer to ensure the entire design and build process runs smoothly.
During and after delivery of a new home, we take great pride in the finishing of the steps, skirt and surroundings of the plot
It doesn’t end there: if there are any snagging issues our team will always liaise with the manufacturer on residents’ behalf to ensure they are dealt with swiftly.
And once residents are happily settled in their new home, a friendly Park Manager is on hand to answer any queries.
