You will be buying a home that is very economical to run due to the insulation used. Compared with a bricks and mortar house, insulated timber frame construction provides a naturally warm environment. New park homes are built to the very highest specifications with high air tightness to aid heat retention and energy efficiency. The insulation and central heating used in modern park homes is extremely energy-efficient and being a more manageable size, you will not be heating unused rooms.

We can advise you on a suitable estate agent to help sell your current property and we will support you to ensure your home is always on their ‘high priority’ list to sell.
We will also support you through the whole design process, by suggesting the most suitable homes for your chosen plot, which design features might match your needs and advise on the finish of your plot and garden. Throughout this process your wishes and requirements are our top priority.
Furthermore, once you have purchased a plot, we are able to offer customers free accommodation so that you can move to the park whilst you are waiting for the delivery and siting of your new park home.
We will also continue this support after you have moved into your new home. We will arrange after-sales appointments with your manufacturer to ensure that any snagging that may arise is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
