Park homes are fabulous for retirement. They’re less expensive to buy than a traditional bricks & mortar home but still provide plenty of living space and freedom. The money you save after selling your current home can be used to fund the retirement you always dreamt of. Some people even use their park home as a base while they travel the world!
A 2018 survey* found that more than half of us barely speak to our neighbours and 2/3rds admitted days can pass without seeing anyone else on the same street. In a park home, surrounded by friendly, like-minded people, life couldn’t be more different!
Modern park homes are built to high British Standards from sustainably-sourced (and sometimes recycled) materials. They have highly efficient boilers, are very well insulated and can even be fitted with energy-saving features such as air source heating. So you’ll save money on energy bills and reduce your carbon footprint too.
