Our plot of the week for this week is plot 7 Main Drive, Blunsdon Abbey Park. 50 x 20 in size this plot is ready for a forever home of your dreams. You may already have a design of home in mind or you may like a little advice and guidance and that’s where we can help.

Many of our residents asked for advice and guidance during the designing process and we on hand to help with ideas, designs, internal finishes and a great deal of experience to help along the way. We want to make the process as smooth as possible and nothing could be better than a bespoke home that you have designed from your heart that ticks all your needs.

A typical 50 x 20 plan

Once the floor plan is to your precise design, its then that you are able to visit the manufacturer of your choice to complete the finish of your chosen home. We will make the appointment when its most convenient for you and also meet you at your chosen manufacturers. We can advise on the park, the plot, where the garage stands to ensure that you are able to get the most from your new home. Then for the interior. Each manufacturer has their own design studio which holds a variety of different styles of curtains, floor finish, wall finishes, wall tiles, floor tiles, furniture designs, etc. The world is your oyster. Some customers know exactly what they like and others need a little advice. That’s where, in conjunction with the manufacturer we are able to assist. Its a really exciting day and some fabulous ideas for the interior of your home await you.
