I joined the company in 2003 with a background in construction and commercial refurbishment. I have worked in different areas of the business, from construction of new developments, to new home sales. I enjoy spending my spare time with my wife and children, walking our dog Luna and road cycling whenever I'm able to.

Park Home Life is a family run business celebrating 50 years in the Park Home industry operating residential home parks. All our parks enjoy excellent locations that offer residents rural landscapes combined with access to great amenities.

Our mission

We believe that the homes on our parks will sell themselves, so there is no need for a hard sales pitch.

We make sure that prospective customers are aware of all the information regarding the homes, our parks, the pitch fee, utilities and any other questions that may be asked, right from their first enquiry.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our developments and the homes that we provide for new residents.

We ensure that we source and use the best quality products throughout the development process, from the infrastructure we renew to the block paving we lay, the garages we provide to the turf that we source.

Our aim is to work closely with both the manufacturer and the customer to ensure the whole design & build process is smooth and hassle free. We advise on the most suitable homes for each desired plot, making suggestions along the way to ensure that the home that is chosen is as appropriate and comfortable as possible for our customers.

The parks that we own offer real community spirit, so that residents know each other and never feel isolated. We ensure that the park environment is maintained and kept tidy at all times and is somewhere safe to live.

We ensure that our customers are kept up-to-date with progress, liaising and communicating vital information. Before each home is delivered we meet with our customers to ensure that the landscaping to the plot is to their requirements.

During and after delivery of a new home, we take a pride in the finishing of the steps, skirt and surrounding area that encompasses the plot.

But it doesn’t end there: After sales is dealt with efficiently by our sales team, liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure that snagging issues are dealt with quickly and without delay.
